Mindfulness practices like meditation enhance our ability to LISTEN and UNDERSTAND ourselves and others, RELAX and UNWIND from our daily struggles, and EXPAND our resilience and innate abilities to "choose PEACE over stress."

Future classes will dig even deeper into specific categories of what each of us are 'sitting with.' For instance: overcoming stress, anger, judgment, fear, anxiety, sadness, heart ache, and insecurity; or enhancing compassion, happiness, creativity, love, gratitude, kindness, etc.
